We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn merchandise. When returning merchandise, please include your return form from the original packing list. We will not be able to process your return without it. Please include your reason for return on the form. As the buyer, you are responsible for return shipping and handling costs. We regret that we are not responsible if your package gets lost or stolen during transit to us. We recommend shipping with a traceable carrier. Please package your items securely. If you receive an item that arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it and take care of all additional shipping charges related to the return. Please contact us within 14 days of the receipt of your damaged package and we will email you a call tag.

Return Policy

• Returns or exchanges of full-price and sale items must be made within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unworn and in good condition with original hangtags attached.

• Sale merchandise marked final sale cannot be returned.

• When shipping a return, you must include the return form or the original packing list. Please save copies for your records.

• Shipping and handling costs, gift wrap costs and other charges are non-refundable.

• Items purchased at a retail shop, or specialty store may not be returned to our online store. Please contact the original place of purchase.

• In the case of shipping damages, please contact UPS or our customer care department at 704-749-2110. We are happy to correct any mistakes on our end.

• You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

• Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of purchase. Credit will be issued for remaining cost differences.

Sales Tax

State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in North Carolina and Virginia.

Payment Options

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. To protect your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. Trunk shows will accept these credit cards as well as check, or cash.

Changing or Canceling your Order

If you have placed an order online and would like to modify it please send us an email customerservice@addisonweeks.com or call us at 704-749-2110. Please do not cancel your order through the yahoo store.

Item Availability

In stock items will be shipped once your payment is approved and your address is verified. Typically in stock items will ship within 3 business days. Orders will be received based on shipping methods chosen. Back-ordered or Advance Sale items will be shipped based on documented expected time. Once your order has left our hands, delivery time will vary according to the shipping method select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.


Addison Weeks uses UPS exclusively for delivery. We offer standard ground service, 2 day, and next day air standard service for all domestic orders. We do not ship to PO boxes.

We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $500 shipped within the 48 contiguous states. For other options, refer to the table below.

Ground (Under $250) - 5 to 7 Business Days $12
2nd Day Air 2 Business Days - $35
Next Day Air 1 Business Day- $50

Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5 to 7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST).

2nd Day Air
Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). Please note two-day orders placed Friday after 12:00 noon (EST) or Saturday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping.

Next Day Air
Your order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST). Please note overnight orders placed Friday after 12:00 noon (CST) or Saturday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping.

International Shipping
For international orders, we charge a final flat rate of $45. This rate includes shipping and handling and is a non-negotiable flat rate. International orders are "Final Sale", we will not accept returns or exchanges.
