All jewelry is handmade to ship within 10 business days of the order placed. We always do our best to ship your order sooner but please keep this in mind when selecting your level of UPS shipping service. If same day or 2-Day shipping is required, please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate your request. Please note we cannot ship to P.O Boxes. Shipping/Handling charges include delivery charges as well as the secure packaging of each item. We love Custom necklaces. Tell us what you are dreaming of and we will try to make it happen! Because each custom order is one of a kind, we cannot promise that we can reproduce any single necklace. Because custom orders are so unique, each one will be priced based on materials (stones, toggles, pendants, etc.) and labor. Please email us or call us with your wishes using the contact information below, and we will do our best to help you design exactly what you are looking for.

If you fall in love with a particular piece, but would prefer a different length, no problem. Just let us know the length you prefer.

We will be glad to refund your money for any item that you are not completely happy with. The item MUST be returned to Turq Jewelry™ within 14 days of the shipping date in its original unused condition (including attached tags). Returns which arrive after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Unfortunately custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Of course we will always correct flaws at our expense. Please remember that the slight imperfections resulting from the use of natural stones enhance the beauty of our pieces. Wholesale orders can be placed by calling 704-749-2110. Orders take from 4 to 6 weeks. Turq Jewelry™ requires a 50% deposit on all wholesale orders at the time the order is placed. Remaining payment should be made within 2 weeks of receiving invoice. Please note that a minimum of $500 is required for all wholesale orders, and a merchant ID is required to open a wholesale account.
